From Chippy worker to TV star. Layla Mangan is the epitome of keeping it real in business!

We talk to Layla Mangan about what has inspired her to do what she does now. She talks about her challenges over the years and how she got to be a successful entrepreneur with several strings to her bow, plus be a TV star! We love to ask our guests what their top tip is for anyone starting out in business, so listen in to hear Layla's.

Here's a bit more about Layla:

Layla is 37, a mum for three little girls and lives in gorgeous Aberystwyth. For the past 20 years she worked in independent estate agency and now co-owns a lettings and estate agent in her hometown. She's built a decent platform on social media, she's learnt how to harness it and also dabbles in interior styling. Her happy place is her old, dusty Victorian house with the kids, husband and dog.
